Malaysia Etiqa Insurance and Takaful Full time

Job Purpose

You will be responsible to formulate and drive short and long-term planning and management for events, incentive trips and campaigns in meeting the annual goals of the Life Agency Department.

Job Description

  • You must provide efficient and effective event management including managing the cost effectiveness and best event experience for agency members by managing the budget to plan, organize and execute the events.
  • You will be tasked to inspire sales and encourage achievement of department goals by incentivize agency members with local and oversea incentive trip and to ensure trips with successful and memorable results by overseeing overseas & local incentive trips.
  • You will be responsible to formulate high effective campaign activities, initiatives and marketing strategy for boosting productivity and ensuring profitability and meeting the desired target from designing, executing, driving and tracking of a marketing strategy.
  • You will coach, mentor, and develop staff performance in event and campaign management team.

Job Requirements

  • You must possess a bachelor's degree in insurance or marketing or in Business Studies or its equivalent.
  • You must possess at least years of working experience with managing events & campaigns for the agency force preferably from the Life Insurance or Family Takaful industry.
  • You must demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem solving and organization skills to enable further success in this role by working with people across all levels.
  • You must be a detailed and result oriented person to ensure events & campaigns are effectively developed and executed achieves the department's goals.
