Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and inperson interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service quality
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
