Job Description :

  • Main responsibility- Document Processing, Assist in Office General Adminstration
  • To assist director with any project at hand by coordinating with any relevant parties involved.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from management
  • Handle and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Regularly update all accounting ledgers and journals
  • Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash records
  • Able to Operate Microsoft Office - Words & Excel
  • Handle communications with customer
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic

Any ad-hoc works related to be clarifiedRequirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Available immediately
  • Have a Good Attitude and Discipline
  • Preferable Female
  • Good teamwork and communications skills
  • Must own transport and driving license (Car)
  • Must in a good health condition
