Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
JOB REQUIREMENTA diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred.Experience as an executive personal assistant.
Knowledge in Accounting is added advantageExcellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Professionalism and a positive attitude.
Salary Range:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month(Kindly state your current and expected salary in your resume)
