Job Description
- Deploy SASE components (FWaaS, SWG, IPS, NGAM, ZTNA, CASB, DLP) aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of the zero-trust framework, addressing any gaps or issues.
- Continuously assess SASE technologies and policies for enhancements.
- Collaborate with SASE providers to troubleshoot zero-trust incidents.
- Configure effective security controls and lead security project implementations.
- Stay informed about emerging cyber threats.
- Manage SLAs with security vendors and partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security engineering, architecture, or operations, focusing on zero trust, identity and access management, network security, or cloud security.
- Over 2 years of experience as a zero trust security engineer.
- Proficiency in implementing zero trust technologies like SASE and SDWAN.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Bank Negara Malaysia's RMIT).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for cybersecurity.
