Job Responsibilties:

1. Order Management

1.1 Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.

1.2 Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries (Consumables) and resolve

arising issues in a timely manner.

1.1 Ensure daily internal and external customer's enquiries are attended to e.g. stock status, order

status and delivery status

1.2 Generate credit note (sales and rental exchange/cancelled, goods returned, trade-in machine,

rollover amount)

1.3 Generate return order (Trade-in, Demo, Loan machine)

1.4 Maintain customer delivery address in current system (SAP)

1.5 Maintain records and coordinate with internal department on configuration and delivery details

1.6 Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog status

1.7 Liaise with Warehouse, QC and Service Departments for delivery and collection

1.8 Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment

1.9 Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry, drop outbound to invoice in timely manner

1.10 Raise Customer Request Form for new customer, new payment term, change of address, etc in order to maintain correct data in current system (SAP)



2. Administration

2.1 Attend to enquiries on stock allocation status

2.2 Ensure completeness and accuracy on each document created and proper filing in accordance

with the company's guideline



Requirements

Degree in any discipline with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in Order Management
Working knowledge of entire order management process
Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and SAP
Independent and possess initiative
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive mindset
