Job Description:
Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, with strong people management and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends
  • Create content for social media, email marketing, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in organizing events and trade shows
  • Support the Marketing Manager in daytoday activitiesRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practicesBenefits:
