The candidate is required to execute specific accounting and reporting duties within the general ledger domain. It plays a vital role in ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting for the designated entity(ies).

Description

Execute designated accounting and reporting tasks in adherence to established procedures, standard operating protocols, and instructional guidelines; update documentation as necessary.

Address finance-related inquiries from employees, managers, finance partners, and various internal and external stakeholders. * Escalate any issues or concerns to the Country Accountant or RTR Team Lead for resolution.

Assist in migration projects by providing support through activities such as work shadowing and the creation of work instructions.

Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate teamwork.

Facilitate cooperation across processes and functions to achieve the overall objectives of the Global Business Services (GBS).

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Maintain adherence to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned tasks.

Actively participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to their successful implementation.

Profile

At least 2 years of cumulative experience in accounting and finance

Familiarity with Technology: Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with SAP considered advantageous

Effective communication abilities

Demonstrating accountability for assigned tasks, including independent study or research as necessary

Ability to operate efficiently under stringent timelines and adapt to changing priorities

Proactive and innovative approach towards enhancing work methodologies

Collaboration-oriented mindset, adept at working within a team
