Modality Specialist, MATC

In this position, you have the opportunity to provide assistance and oversee all aspects of Clinical Education, Business Growth, Marketing, and Strategic representation of the MATC modalities within the Philippines. Together with the Clinical Applications Specialists and Service Engineers, the Modality Specialist bears the responsibility of ensuring a positive MATC brand experience in the market and fostering the growth of the business in the region.

This role will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting directly to the Manager situated in Singapore.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing Order Intake, Margin, Market Share, and Customer Satisfaction for the MATC modalities and related business solutions
  • Developing patient monitoring strategies for Malaysia
  • Creating and executing local product marketing plans aligned with regional MATC representation at specific local events in the region
  • Establishing and managing Key Opinion Leaders and Training Centers with the assistance of the Local Business Team
  • Providing Sales support for potential opportunities by delivering product and clinical presentations
  • Supporting Account Managers on Product Configurations, New Product Introductions, and Competitive Intelligence
  • Conducting Win-loss Analysis and gathering/refreshing market insights
  • Coordinating technical, business, and clinical application team support with the local business team to ensure consistent positive customer experiences
  • Owning Customer Feedback Solutions to foster strong customer relations and uphold the brand image
  • Mentoring and coaching the Clinical Application Team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and enhance MATC clinical applications knowledge and skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the medical industry
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners
  • Background in clinical/Hospital IT/ EMR field/ Patient Monitoring (HPM), Emergency Care (EC), Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AMD)
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as excellent written and oral presentation abilities for addressing diverse audiences
