In your new role you will: Perform maintenance and qualification of equipment used to support the customer complaint management and failure analysis activities.

Responsible for new equipment/hardware procurement and buyoff Setup, initiate and develop new semiconductor testing and associated capabilities.

Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned/scheduled and ensure proper calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.

Lead the team in troubleshooting of equipment failure Ensure equipment performance at its highest performance and to ensure minimum downtime of equipment.

Assist in testing and debugging activities during electrical testing Develop and sustain the capabilities of semiconductor package reconditioning activities. Assist the lab manager to ensure smooth lab operations. Performing any tasks assigned by the management where appropriate to support business needs. Present ideas, concepts, data, and plan with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's in engineering/science/Technical or equivalent Equipment maintenance.

Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills , DOE, 8 D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc.

Mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Good written and verbal presentation skills in English. Minimum of five years with related experience
