- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities and services management, preferably in a large-scale industrial setting.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and leading teams effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
