Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Division Head to create training programs and devise effective marketing strategies to attract and retain distributors, leading to increased sales.
  • Monitor the performance and engagement of key leaders and distributors.
  • Organize orientation, compensation, and product introduction sessions.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and trainings.
  • Provide marketing support to distributors.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency required for communication with specific distributors).
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is advantageous.
  • Numerically savvy.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel.
