Randstad is partnering with a MNC that specializes in producing and distributing EMS/ SMT products. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a Regional Sales Manager as part of their growth strategy.

duties and responsibility:

Business Development and Sales Strategy: Collaborate with company stakeholders to devise and propose business development and sales strategies for Malaysia and other new markets.Create annual action plans and KPIs in coordination with various departments to achieve strategic objectives.Identify and address potential issues and risks, proposing solutions to ensure strategic goals are met. Budget Management: Prepare sales budgets aligned with strategic objectives for Malaysia and new markets.Monitor departmental activities to ensure adherence to budgets and take timely corrective actions when necessary. Sales Performance Management: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and meeting revenue targets.Ensure profitability growth by managing pricing strategies and product portfolios.Establish and monitor performance KPIs, implementing corrective measures as needed.Develop effective reporting frameworks to track performance and provide recommendations. New Product Introduction Projects: Develop and implement detailed plans for introducing new products in assigned countries, ensuring adherence to milestones. Customer Relationship Management: Develop business plans for different client groups in Malaysia and other countries.Establish and maintain profitable relationships with clients, addressing satisfaction issues and implementing improvements. Management of Client Agreements: Standardize customer agreements, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with requirements.Oversee legal review and approval processes for agreements, and monitor their execution. Customer Communication: Develop communication strategies aligned with client agreements and ensure timely and efficient communication with clients. Business Intelligence: Establish frameworks for market research and analysis, with a focus on Malaysia and other new markets.Monitor and analyze market data to provide decision support to management. skill/experience: Working experience with the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.Regional sales experience within ASEAN/ APAC, & have strong customer database across the regions.Passionate about sales, exhibiting a robust entrepreneurial spirit and the boldness to pursue new customer prospects within uncharted markets.Proficient in customer engagement and possessing the capacity to navigate independently and effectively comprehend customer requirements. how to apply: To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
