Lead the implementation of operation-related standards and procedures, preventive & planned maintenance program, repair & replacement initiative program, and helpdesk management to minimize the risk of plant failure.Responsible for managing both hard service and soft service operations to ensure the implementation of agreed procedures and standardsOversee all site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure completion, quality, and compliance with specifications and ordinance requirementsConduct meetings with contractors, specialist vendors, and suppliers to establish and maintain required standards and develop corrective action plansEnsure maintenance documentation meets required standards and provides sufficient information for effective asset managementSupport the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the siteMaintain asset information and update changes within the CMMSEnsure site operations, including incident management and escalation, comply with the company's policyImplement continuous management initiatives and energy management plans to achieve better results and increase energy efficiencyReview existing operations to reduce costs and improve operational standardsPromote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clientsEnsure adherence to financial processes, including timely submission of financial reportsBe responsible for vendor financial management, including understanding vendor scope in relation to SLA/KPI and costingActively work to align site financial operations with agreed budget/targetEnsure the provision of a safe working environment at the site and compliance with HSE standardsConduct Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)Collaborate closely with HSE Executive to plan, execute, and implement HSE procedures for all site activities skills and experience required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Property Management or equivalentMust hold certification as a Data Centre ProfessionalPossess 6-8 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment spaceHave 2-3 years of experience specifically in operating electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centers or critical facilitiesCompetent and experienced in maintenance and operations of data centers and/or critical environment spaceHigh proficiency in interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with various client and vendor personnel.Experienced in critical environments within a similar sized site or operationSkilled in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing client relationships, and preparing reports.Hands-on experience and knowledge in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and building-related systems, including CRAU (Computer Room Air Conditioning Units), chillers, PDU (Power Distribution Units), UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, and Security systemsAbility to lead major data center activities during non-office hours when necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and experience in developing business justifications (white papers) culture and benefits The hiring companies offer great development and internal career advancement opportunities.
