  • attend to passengers' enquiries on way findings, airport facilities and other passengers' issues
  • proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
  • handles and assist passengers' / stakeholders' on-site complaints and issues
  • to assist in queue and crowd management
  • to strictly practice SOP and adhere to working standards when performing duties
