About the Team

Within the Growth Advisory function, the Analyst conducts essential market research to grasp competitors and competitive advantage.

Overview

As a team leader for client projects, your main aim is to organize and supervise the work of a team of consultants and/or associates in order to craft a cohesive strategy alongside the client. You play a crucial role in nurturing and fortifying client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted business advisor in mid-management tiers.

Responsibilities
  • Research Leadership – Leverage strong background in secondary research encompassing account intelligence, market context, vertical deep-dive, identification of key trends and growth patterns, competitive intelligence, and more.
  • Analytical Expertise - Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools and frameworks like Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of tools such as SAS, Tableau, R, Python is a plus.
  • Team Management & Development – Supervise, lead, and guide a team of junior consultants & analysts. Develop project/business plans, oversee delivery schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client Management - Effectively multitask and collaborate with external clients across different time zones.
  • Thought Leadership - Independently define project scopes, suggest innovative ideas, establish best practices, and actively engage in discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Quality Champion - Review team deliverables for accuracy and provide strategic guidance to enhance quality.
  • Business Development - Assist in creating various business development materials, marketing content, white papers, and impactful sales presentations.
Qualifications
  • We're seeking candidates who -
  • Bring 5 – 7 years of pertinent experience.
  • Hold JLPT N1 certification for Japanese-language proficiency.
  • Have prior experience as a team leader or project manager in Consulting, Research, or Analytics.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of market research, consulting, analytics methodologies, tools & frameworks.
  • Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or ICT/technical field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under remote supervision.
  • Excel at multitasking, meeting deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and strategic thinking.
