Komuniti Tukang Jahit (aka Tailors Community of Malaysia) is a social enterprise that focus on helping women (tailor members) to learn how to sew corporate gifts.

We teach them how to sew handmade crafts, and we then sell to corporate clients. Your work will include the recruitment of new tailors, and managing their sewing orders.

Once sewn products are sent to warehouse, you are to count, do quality checks, pack and prepare payment slip for the tailors.


SCOPE DETAIL :
Community Engagement Coordinator. To recruit more tailors to join our community, and learn to sew. Engage with the community members and ensure positive growth.

FIX SALARY:
RM2500 (pls do not apply if expecting more)WORKING DAYS/

HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 5 days/week

TIME:
8.30am - 5.30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To recruit new tailor members and have positive engagement to welcome them for briefing and training.

Provide excellent 1st level support experience to Tailor members (women in the community) via all relevant communication channels - incoming & outgoing calls/ whatsApp engagement.

To help to manage tailors orders and get updates from them time to time.
Prepare training kit, and other materials for the tailor members.
To Quality check every item that is sent back by the tailor members.

Identify members needs, and search for solution to provide strategic solutions that will best address community needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.

Ensure effective follow-up with Tailor members and internal departments to ensure production runs smoothly and have no delays/overlap.
Provide constructive feedback on processes and guidelines to enhance workflow with the Tailor members.

Deliver the best encouragement and guidance to Tailor members to ensure the morale of the community is kept at best.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
