Job Description
  1. Collaborate with business functions to analyze business operation and application requirements, identify new opportunities for enhancements, and manage enhancement pipeline and delivery lifecycle.
  2. Recommend operational direction and strategy for business application and technology affecting sales, marketing, order management, supply chain, and systems integration to achieve corporate growth and objectives.
  3. Define and analyze current business processes and functionalities to facilitate the future state definition and design.
  4. Performs functional and business process analysis, and design, ensuring functional and scope alignment.
  5. Lead and facilitate meetings to gather requirements of products and business processes for projects, optimization, and support.
  6. Prepare test scenarios, provide user training, and lead various testing, implementation, and support.
  7. Provide/Lead applications support, product support, incident management, problem management, and capacity planning to minimize disruption of the business according to business priority.
  8. Manage external vendors to ensure quality delivery and effective cost management.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in IT business analysis and QA/testing or equivalent.
  3. Business application knowledge with hands-on experience in gap analysis, gathering requirements, documentation, training, QA/testing, and end user support.
  4. Previous project management or coordination experience is highly desired.
  5. Some experience in one or more of the following functional areas/systems: ERP (e.g. NetSuite), CRM system, digital channels (e.g. WeChat, FB, Instagram), business analytics (e.g., Power BI or QlikView), web solutions, mobile applications, mobile payment, and animation.
  6. Technology knowledge and experience are optional but advantageous: Java, .Net, Adobe, HTML5, Cloud (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, Alibaba) and database (e.g. MS SQL or Oracle).
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different levels of users, application developers, and vendors.
