Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support to Account & HR Executive. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the AP, AR & HR functions and duties. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, leave, etc.). Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template. Any other ad hoc assignment. Requirements Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, HR or any related fields with professional qualifications. Experienced in any accounting software. Experience in SQL will be an additional value. Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures. Familiar with accounting standards, and filing procedures. Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. Advanced level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software. Organization and multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. PC literacy (MS Office, in particular). Excellent communication skills.
