Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and collaborate with external contract manufacturers in Malaysia, China, and Taiwan to drive factory performance and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to contract manufacturers to resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure successful new product introductions.
  • Develop and monitor process metrics to ensure stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of contract manufacturers on all new product launches.
  • Manage the development of assembly processes and solutions to meet the company's new production needs.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to plan, implement, and review the results of engineering activities for new product start-ups.
  • Work with internal engineering and production groups to ensure process, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects in subcon manufacturing processes to improve yield, operational efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the Electronics Industry.
  • Ability to manage PCBA builds from SMT to backend process and understand SMT process from front of line to routing process.
  • Ability to work remotely at Subcon sites across Malaysia, Taiwan & China.
