  • In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in contracting and procurement.
  • Experience in travel sales across various segments (B2B, corporate, incentive).
  • Capable of conducting creative business development.
  • Capable of leading creative itinerary curation.
  • Familiarity with travel management software and tools; ability to effectively utilize travel system solutions.
  • Capable of providing product training to internal teams and external business partners.
  • Responsible for acquiring unique selling proposition (USP) pricing, products, and deals.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets by delivering quality and quantity of products.
