Senior HR Manager (CSER) (Manufacturing MNC)

Job Title: Senior HR Manager (CSER) for a leading Manufacturing MNC

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR/Admin team and drive strategic HR initiatives that support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
  • HR Policy & Recruitment:
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals and devise plans to support these goals through HR functions.
    • Ensure all HR operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
    • Develop and manage succession planning and career development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed.
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous feedback and performance improvement.
    • Coach and support managers in performance management practices and employee development plans.
  • Sustainability:
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement CSER strategies and programs aligned with the Company's mission, values, and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to integrate CSER initiatives into the overall business strategy.
    • Support sustainability efforts by developing and implementing environmental programs focused on reducing the Company's carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices.
    • Monitor and report on data maintained for purposes of Sustainability efforts and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in any field
  • Skills: Leadership and communication
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Industry: Manufacturing
