About Our Client

our client is a leading retail company.

Job Description

  • Daily Sales Reconciliation: Perform daily sales reconciliation activities.
  • Journal Entries: Handle sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal, and bank reconciliation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the OTC function.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare journals, reconciliation reports, and accounting analysis reports to ensure transaction completeness and accuracy.
  • KPI Management: Take actions to meet and improve KPI targets.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Report to and work with the Team Lead, Global Headquarters, Local Management, and Line of Businesses.
  • Process Automation: Collaborate with IT to transition from manual journal and transaction matching to automated processes.
  • System Understanding: Understand systems and tools to achieve desired business results.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven working experience in the OTC area.
  • Experience with finance ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience in process migration and improvement is an advantage.
  • CPA or CPA equivalent (BS degree in Accounting or Finance).
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
