To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
Effectively manage large numbers of inquiries from phone, emails, social media or online chat systems.

Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesMinor admin.

Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages will be an advantage.
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage.
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelySocial media savvy
