Job Responsibility
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  3. Provide accurate and concise information to customers about our products and services.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  5. Handle customer service issues in a calm and composed manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  8. Identify and escalate critical customer issues to management as necessary.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  10. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve customer service skills.
  11. Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service.
Job Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
