**Our Role**
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Asia Pacific headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will play a key role in the delivery of customer service processes and services for a global leader in the lime and limestone business. You will be responsible for capturing orders, providing delivery updates as well as resolving a variety of enquiries and orders and delivery administration.
**Key focus areas of the role will include**:
- Manage inbound customer contacts with a high attention detail - sales administration.
- Understand production capabilities of our plants and logistics partners to coordinate a cost-effective supply to our customers.
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business including Logistics, Operations, and Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills to process, identify and resolve customer orders/issues.
- Proficiency to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Resilience to thrive in a high-volume order processing environment.
- A love of learning and being able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
