**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all service matters and develop procedures, policies, and standards and review them from time to time.
- Assessing service statics and preparing department detailed reports to management.
- Handle complex customer issues and escalated complaints / calls.
- Work with production and sales to optimize the production output and satisfy customer's need.
- Communicate and coordinate with all department to ensure meeting sales order and shipment on time.
- Manage internal conflicts and promote good working environment for the team.
- To ensure all Customer Service functions are performed well, accurately and timely.
- Maintaining finished goods inventory level as per target set and minimize obsolete stock.
- Direct, control and motivate staff in all aspects affecting their work performances.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as requested.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience in Customers Service/Operations with at least 3 years of experience in managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, PowerPoint ) and English & Mandarin word processing.
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, self-starter, customer oriented.
- ** Fluency in English & Mandarin essential (verbal and written)
