Job description Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in and call-in customers. Attending to member and customer's inquiries, feedback and requests. Handling sales and membership transactions over the counter Proactively following-up on customers' inquiries, feedback and requests. Regular engagement with customers and update them with promotions and new products launches and to maintain good relationship.
Performing daily stock take to ensure physical inventory and system record tallies With basic beauty background and knowledge is added value.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma Level. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience Good in communication skills. Computer literate Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Full training will be provided. Able to work on alternate Saturday and Sunday, or on a rotational scheduled basis.
