YOUR OPPORTUNITY As a Café Manager / Kitchen Manager, you play a crucial role in our journey.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive a seamless operation, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated team.


KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead with Passion:
    Build, guide, and inspire your team, focusing on teamwork and excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations meticulously, from handling finances to upholding top-notch health and safety standards.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    Enhance the customer experience, guaranteeing each guest leaves with a memorable impression.

Drive the Business:
Be responsible for the café's success, from financial management to sales analysis.

Operational Excellence:
Supervise daily processes, from financial transactions to health and safety protocols.

Marketing & Outreach:
Work on impactful strategies to connect and expand our customer community.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A dynamic leader with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the F&B industry, eager to evolve alongside the organization.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, along with familiarity with F&B management systems, is essential.
