Supply Chain Specialist - Ichor. A dynamic and collaborative role with responsibilities including executing supply chain programs, communicating with suppliers, troubleshooting and diagnosing root causes, and maintaining DDMRP programs.

Key responsibilities:
• Execute supply chain programs for assigned products and programs to support delivery, reduce supply risk, and optimize cash flow.
• Represent shortages to internal and external stakeholders through production meetings.
• Communicate with suppliers on escalation, pull-in, push-out, and cancellation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes and corrective actions for misalignments such as planning errors, unplanned demand, ECO implementation, item attribute, and external supply-related constraints.
• Maintain DDMRP programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts, inclusive of analyzing and updating quantities, maintaining proper ERP system setup, keeping contractual liabilities and amendments current, and mitigating Ichor's liability.
• Understand and demonstrate all value-add activities in a product's value chain.
• Establish daily working relationships with suppliers, managing changing priorities and escalations by executing POs and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Highly organized and able to manage significant PO workload, track, and drive closure on issues.

Key qualifications:
• Ability to learn and understand supplier business and manufacturing processes, technology sourced, and product families.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including technical decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in more than one operational discipline.
• Strong knowledge in material and purchasing analysis.
• Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; Oracle, SAP, and Agile preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
