Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone call, email, Whatsapp, Respond-io etc.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about services and promotion.

Assist customer with placing order through DobiQueen apps or website, payment, refunds and resolving any related issues related to their purchase.

Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, working to find satisfactory resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues has been resolved.

Degree in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalentsProactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes in any situationExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English & MalayAble to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situationsStrong interpersonal and management skillsAble to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesAble to adapt and learn new procedures/processes quickly and efficientlyTeam Player, Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilitiesFlexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public HolidayCustomer service & details orientedTyping ability minimum 45 WPM
