Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As the Customer Success Officer, your main goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction through top-notch service and support.



Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Recognize customer needs and propose solutions for an enhanced experience
  • Collaborate with different departments to address customer issues promptly
  • Monitor feedback to enhance services continuously
  • Develop and track customer success metrics
  • Provide regular reports to management on customer success endeavors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrates drive and independence
  • Strong decision-making and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
