Telesales (Malay/Mandarin + English)

Type : 1 year contract (Renewable based performance)

Location :
PJ (Nearby LRT)

Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)

Working hours:
Shift A : 9am-6pmShift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm : Rotation ShiftSalary : Malay speaker from RM2,100 - RM2,700 / Mandarin speaker from RM2,500 - RM3,500 + RM400 language allowance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.
  • Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
  • Manage / store customer information on the company system
  • Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
  • Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribedRequirements :
  • Min SPM graduated with minimum 6 months of Telesales experience (making sales via cold calling / outbound sales)
  • Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business
  • Voice clear, fluent, good communication in English and Malay / Mandarin.
