Bandar Kinrara Industrial Park, PuchongJob Description
Accounts Management:
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).Monitor, control, and resolve issues with creditors' ledgers, ensuring timely settlement of outstanding payables.
Financial Documentation:
Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and manage accounts payable.
Maintain and file copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to accounting standards.
Audit and Compliance:
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and appointed financial consultants to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and discrepancies
Reporting:
Submit monthly accounting reports, including debtor aging reports, cash flow analysis, and variance reports
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned, overseeing a team of admin staffs and check on subordinates jobRequirementsQualifications: Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking
Experience:
At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
Language
Skills:
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent initiative, communication, and administrative skills.
Attributes:
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to job responsibilities
