Client: A subsidiary of a leading oil and gas exploration and production company
Location:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Type of hiring:
Contract Responsibilities:
Ensure that the interests of the company are protected. Manage and develop a team of analysts to be competent in their work requirements. Lead the development and maintenance of Production Sharing Contract (PSC) economic models. The models shall be updated to reflect any changes in the plans. Lead, analyse, and advise on key performance indicators for all MY Asset projects. Work with other departments to generate and finalise economics analyses for long-term goals, budgets, and etc. In charge of evaluating numerous commercial and conceptual project proposals.
Lead to interface with the Corporates Business Development and Planning groups to ensure uniformity and conformity with corporate financial practices are adopted in business undertakings.
Qualifications:
University degree (or similar qualification) in Economics, Finance or Engineering. At least 15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas business is required. Experience with Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements and Sales Agreements. Experience with commercial negotiations and economics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Experience with major oil and gas projects. Apply for this job Or refer someone
