Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Chat Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka.

As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service and technical support through chat platforms
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilizing knowledge base and resources to provide accurate information to customers
