Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up to ensure resolutions are met
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent potential issues
