Summary :

The Sales Admin at Erica Furniture plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order status updates fully via Online platforms or showroom.
  • Organize and file sales related documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Able to use Canva/equivalent apps to design simple post.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person interactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to restock as needed.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
-Willing to learn new things and training will be provided
