**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Prepare invoices
- Amend Sales order once warehouse team done packing
- Cross check Transport billing amount and stock return
- Arrange shipment, follow up the shipment progress and provide status updates to sales PIC
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration
- Familiar with sales, billing, warehousing & shipment procedures
- Computer Literate - particularly with Microsoft Office
- Prefer detail-oriented person
- Demonstrate good planning and communication skills
- Possess own transport
