This role will fully support the sales activities in MY
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Support:
- Support on quotation entry into quotation system according to Quote and Pricing guidelines and SLA.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of quotations before submission, ensuring all necessary documents, attachments, and supporting materials are included.
- Point of contact to sales force (FS/IS/RSM) regarding on quotation-related inquiries
- Coordinate on necessary internal review and approval according to quote approval guidelines
- Support to work with cross functional (tech/X-ref) on alternative article/SKU profile to perform quotation activities’. BOM enquiry
- Support update and upload into customer portal if applicable
- Prepare reports and perform deep dive analysis
Quotation Analysis and Data Maintenance
- Maintain a systematic and organized database of all quotations, ensuring easy retrieval and reference for future use.
- Follow up on Open quote and maintain the right status of the quotation in the system, i.e. Won, Lost, Open.
- Prepare reports on quotation activity, including win/loss analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Support analysis to Sales Leaders to drive effective of Weekly Quote Review.
Continues Improvement
- Perform deep dive analysis on quote lost rate and co-lead with sales leader on continue improvement initiative
- Continuously evaluate and streamline the quotation process, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Other Support
- Act as backup to Sales Force (FS/IS/RSM) performing on pre-quote process
- Act as backup among quotation coordinator teams
- Comply with and implement all company policies and requirements including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, EH&S, ESG, CI and etc.;
- Perform any other ad hoc assignment when required
**Requirements**:
- Studing in business admin, marketing and related major
- Min. 1 year experience in admin/sales role in sizeable organizations: or fresh graduate is welcome too
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Malay
- Efficient, well-organized, self-motivated, Independent, work well under pressure;
- Excellent communication & coordination skills;
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
