Maintenance Planner

Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation Group with its only factory-owned facility to cater for Dassault Falcon and other range of aircraft by providing the highest of quality ground handling and maintenance services in AsiaDue to our expansion, we are pleased invite dynamic individuals to join our team located at our facility ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia, Off Jalan Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Section U3, 40150, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.**POSITION: MAINTENANCE PLANNER - TECHNICAL RECORDS** Minimum Requirement**:

- Malaysians only.
- Diploma / Degree in Aviation, Aerospace and other engineering-related or technical field of study
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft planning maintenance or a related field.
- EASA or CAA Malaysia Part M (CAMO) training is added advantage
- Experience with aviation maintenance tracking software (e.g., TRAXXALL,CAMP,CMP) is highly desirable
- Great communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Proactive planning of aircraft maintenance event in conjunction with inputs from customers.
- Ensure continuous communication with customer to manage customers’ expectation in terms of aircraft maintenance down time.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific maintenance requirements and schedules
- Attending to urgent / Aircraft On Ground (AOG).
- Work package preparation. Work package softcopy transmit using tools and secured platforms.
- Close monitoring of aircraft AOG, base and line maintenance Responsible for maintaining and managing the technical records for MRO and CAMO
- Ensures all maintenance activities, modifications, and inspections are accurately documented and compliant with aviation regulations.
- Works closely with maintenance teams, quality assurance, and regulatory bodies to ensure the integrity and availability of technical data
- Support regulatory audits and inspections
- Maintain awareness of current regulations and implement necessary changes to documentation practices Ensure all maintenance activities are correctly reflected in the Corridor system to maintain accurate data
- Monitor and analyse Corridor data to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce downtime for quotation, and improve the essential requirements within the Group
- Participate in Corridor system upgrades and implementations, providing input on functionality and testing new features.
- Create work order estimates for all maintenance requests by customers.
- Arranging others requirement with the approved third-party sub-contract.
- Issuing Purchase Orders for sub-contract work
- Keying in of technical data into job packages
- Ensure clearance from the finance department before proceeding
- Breakdown the check package into the task cards on Corridor
- Timely creation of work packages in Corridor and a softcopy job packages for engineers, 2 days before aircraft arrives for maintenance.
- Create Supplementary Quote/Defect estimate quote for defects raised by engineers to customers throughout maintenance event.
