  • Analyse supplier's spend and execute RFP/RFQ.
  • Support the client's Taiwan and Singapore region.
  • Execute supplier's performance and evaluation meeting when needed.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities among the Tailspend suppliers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Supply Chain Management, Business, or other applicable field degree.
  • 3-5 years procurement buyer experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate (listen, speak, read, write) English and Mandarin.
Technical Expertise
  • Ability to use Excel for data analysis (pivot table and data validation).
  • Ability to use SAP and ARIBA.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Working experience in a client-facing/consultative role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
