Accounts Payable Analyst

The candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing end to end Accounts Payable operations specific to the China market, ensuring timely processing and resolution of operational issues. Comply with agreed terms and conditions for invoice processing to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and handle invoices based on KPIs, service levels, and company protocols.
  • Cultivate professional partnerships with stakeholders and vendors to encourage cooperation.
  • Support in creating analytical reports and accounting schedules.
  • Identify and suggest enhancements for productivity and risk management.
  • Address operational challenges and escalate when necessary, also manage Travel & Expense processing and contribute to audits.

Requirements

  • Graduate in relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting)
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience; Industry or shared services background is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP is a must.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential for supporting the China market.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
