Ensure timely payment of annual land tax, property tax, and business licenses.

Administrative related matters such as tenancy agreements, arrangement maintenance servicing, office equipment, assets and vehicles, Quit Rent, company insurance etc.

To deal with the government bodies for licensing and other utilities parties ( e.g. TM, TNB, BOMBA, LHDN, JKKP, LKIM etc )Organise and file daily documents and admin monthly reports.
To report and work closely with the Head of Department on progress admin activities.
To manage preparation of circulated memos, signage and other correspondence.
To arrange company festival celebration.

(eg:

Birthday, Occasion, farewell and etc)Answer and direct phone calls / email.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the professional team.
Another administrative task may be assigned and undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Human Resource Management/Development or any related field.
Min 1 year experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and high problem-solving.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
Team player with a pleasant demeanor and independent/ fast leaner.
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
Have a licensed is an added advantage.
