- Efficiently manage the Chief Representative's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Chief Representative's internal and external communications.
- Organise and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare for meetings, conferences, and special events, both internally and externally.
- Support the Chief Representative with internal office operations, such as coordinating with team members on projects and deadlines.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, maintaining discretion in all communications and actions.
- Respect privacy regarding personal matters and maintain the trust of the Chief Representative.
- University or Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a corporate or executive setting is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
