We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage events from inception to completion. This role requires a focus on seamless event execution, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project planning to meet requirements, target audience, and goals efficiently.

  • Create detailed project budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Engage vendors and suppliers to establish beneficial partnerships through negotiation.

Job Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin may be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
