Navigator Insurance Brokers Ltd is a customer-focused insurance brokerage located in Publika, Kuala Lumpur. Our head office is in Hong Kong. We are looking to expand our back office in KL and are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual who is looking to build a career to join our team on a full-time basis.

  • RM2500 - RM4000 per month depending on your skills and experience

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Handle client enquiries to liaise with insurers and service providers
  • Work closely with underwriters on policy quotations and daily operations
  • Handle policy documents and debit notes after placement
  • Provide support in data entry and documentation
  • Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables
  • Customer-oriented, attention to details and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your manager from time to time

Skills And Experience You Need to Succeed:

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Working experience in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, sensitive to deadlines
  • Problem solving attitude and resourceful
  • Proactive, multitasker and able to work independently and as a team
  • Must have good command of spoken Chinese in addition to English
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
