Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Admin Executive to join our team at International Leadership and Entrepreneurship Cooperative. This role involves providing administrative support to the finance department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate accounting journals and ledgers, and perform filing and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Transaction Management: Coordinate deposit activities, reconcile accounts, and verify invoices.
  • Customer Communication: Liaise with customers and suppliers to obtain necessary financial information and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and distribute payroll checks to employees, and update payroll records accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of account administration experience.
  • Ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in full set accounting and record-keeping.
