Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the president's office, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional President, including preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and processing documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
