Job Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BroadReach Realty Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating events and projects while maintaining effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
About the Job
- Assist in planning and executing events, projects, or activities across multiple teams.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning
- Coordinate logistics, supplies, and necessary arrangements for successful event execution.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Communication Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and updates for management to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of all events, processes, and communication.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving event efficiency.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive workflow and effective task delegation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a coordination, project management, or administrative role is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
